Joseph A. & Rhea M. Jeffries Memorial Scholarship

“Education was always important to our parents,” explains Carmella Jeffries, daughter of Joseph and Rhea. “We felt that by creating a scholarship fund in their name, it would be a wonderful way to keep them forever in our minds, the way they are in our hearts.”
